Liew Chee Chong, Jonathan

Chief Executive Director

Mr. Liew Chee Chong is the founder of the Kayumanis Group of Companies. He has held the position since its incorporation on 25th May 2004. He has over 30 years of experience in the property and construction business in Malaysia. His vast experience in project planning, implementation and ensure successful completion to all projects undertaken by him. His experience also includes working in finance, namely MBF Finance Bhd and Petra Finance Bhd from 1990 to 1994. Then venture into property development with Puncakdana Development Sdn Bhd in 1st January 1995 as the Project Manager from 1995 to 2004 and completed over 3000 units residential/commercial properties. In year 2000, he was involved in Kg. Kayu Ara, Damansara on squatter resettlement of 600 families and in year 2002 to 2003, involve in development of Citta Mall, Ara Damansara, successfully completed on 2004. In year 2009, he was also been appointed as the Project Management team for Nova Development Sdn Bhd under Exsim Group to undertake, to build 21 units of 3-storey shop factory at Kota Damansara, which completed in year 2012.   • 648 units Puncak Ara Damansara Condominium in year 2001.
  • 558 units Rumah Pangsa Kayu Ara in year in year 2001.
  • 619 units Puncak Seri Kelana Condominium in year 2002.
  • 468 units of High End Puncak Nusa Kelana Condominium in year 2003.
  • 27 units of 3-storey shop office at Kampung Kayu Ara Damansara in year 2003.
  • 32 units Merdu Idaman Townvilla at Kampung Kayu Ara in year 2005
  • 24 units Merdu Kayangan Townhouse at Kampung Kayu Ara in year 2006.
  • 26 units Avenue 26 @ Bukit Mewah Kajang 2 Storey Commercial Shop offices in year 2010.

Executive Director

Mr. Liew Chee Meng is the co-founder of The Group. He has vast experience in negotiating land acquisitions, joint venture developments, property investments and financing activities for the Group. He is also responsible for the overall sales and marketing of The Group and managed to achieve 100% sales for all projects undertaken by him. He is also heading a market leading trading company, supplying packaging and industrial tapes for local and international companies for over 20 years.
 
Major accomplishments are as follows:-
 
1. Strategic Marketing Planning and Implementation for the Merdu Idaman & Merdu Kayangan Townvillas, Kayumanuis Garden Villas, Ruby Gardens and a Commercial Project - Avenue 26 @ Bukit Mewah, Kajang which includes the following:- 
  • Strategic Planning, Product Development, Target Markteting, Pricing Strategy, Competitive Analysis, Marketing Positioning, Marketing and Promotional Planning.
  • Headed the Marketing Department and involved from Pre-launch, Soft launch and Official Launching for all projects.
  • Presided over all Sales and Marketing Meetings to ensure the smooth implementation of the marketing plans and strategies that includes the decisions in engaging above the line and below the line promotional tools in the marketing of the project.
  • Successfully achieved 100% sales of all projects.
  • Successfully achieved 100% for Avenue 26 Commercial Centre @ Kajang.
  • Successfully achieved 85% sales for Kayumanis Garden Villas @ Bangi within 1 month of launching. 100% sales within 2 months.
  • Successfully achievd 90% sales for Bayan Parkhomes @ Batang kali within 2 months of launching. 
  • Sucessfully achieved 90% sales for Ruby Gardens @ Dengkil within 1 month of launching in March 2019. All units is full sold with end-financing approved for all purchasers.
  • Successfully achieved 100% sales for Taman Pinggiran Kkb @ Kuala Kubu Bharu within 1 month of launching in March 2020. All units is fully sold with end-financing approved for all purchasers.
  • Successfully launched The Karun Forest Retreat & Spa Villas @ Kuala Kubu Bharu in January 2022. This project consists 50 lots of Bungalow vacant land with construction packages. 60% of the bungalow lots has been sold to-date. 
  • Successfully achieved 70% sales for Dua Ruby Parkhomes in Dengkil within 1 month of launching in December 2023. Current sales is at 95% and is expected to be completed and handed over to Purchaser in October 2025. 
2. On 23rd July 2013, successfully concluded a deal to purchase a piece of residential land measuring 8.375 acres in Batang Kali, Selangor and to plan a residential development project consisting 70 units of 3 Storey Terrace houses and 1 block of condominium consisting of 250 residential units. 

3. Concluded a Joint Venture deal with land owner Darul Ehsan Facilities Management Sdn Bhd (formerly known as MSNS Holdings Sdn Bhd) to develop a 2.89 acres land in Dengkil, Sepang on 29th July 2016. Successfully planned, developed and completed and delivered the vacant possession to all 43 buyers, well ahead of time.

4. On 21st October 2019, successfiully concluded a deal to purchase a piece of development land measuring 17.386 acres in Dengkil, Sepang and to plan a mixed development project consisting 153 units of 2 Storey landed houses, 14 units of 2 Storey Shop Office, 1 block of Rumah Selangorku Apartment with 170 residential units and 1 block of Condominium with 138 residential units. 

 
 
5. Concluded a deal to purchase 16 pieces of commercial lands from PKNS for Tajaria Development and to develop it to 16 units of 2 Storey Shop Office under the project management contract.

6. Concluded a Joint Venture Agreement to develop a 5.28 acres land in Ulu Yam, Hulu Selangor on 28th November 2024 into 14 units of Shop Office, 104 units of serviced apartment and 53 units of terraced house.
