Established in 2004 by Mr. Jonathan Liew and Mr. Michael Liew, Salient Pyramid Sdn Bhd initially focused on property development, project management, and property investments. The company's inaugural project, Merdu Idaman Townvillas in Kampung Sungai Kayu Ara, was successfully completed in 2007, marking the beginning of a substantial journey in the industry.

Over the years, Salient Pyramid Sdn Bhd, under the guidance of Kayumanis Group, has expanded its portfolio to encompass various property types, such as townhouses, semi-detached houses, bungalows, and commercial developments across the vibrant Klang Valley. In addition to developing its own projects, the company offers project management services as consultants, showcasing expertise with notable achievements like the Nouvelle Industrial Park in Kota Damansara.
