Responsibilities:
- Involves in property development activities from land acquisition, planning & design and implementation
- Involves in planning and monitoring of project progress
- Attending meetings and ad-hoc appointments related to the project
- Coordinates work with consultants and contractors
- Liaising with various parties to meet the project timeline
- Liaising and following up with local authorities for submission and approvals
- Submission of reports to local authorities
- Timely, responsive and effective communication with superiors and consultants
- Undertake all other ad-hoc matters assigned by superior
Requirements:
- Certificate/Diploma/Degree in any relevant discipline
- Minimum 2 years’ working experience preferably in developers/consultants/contractor firms or relevant industries
- Candidates should exudes confidence and professionalism
- Possess own transport
- Pro- active, positive work attitude and able to work independently
- Good communication skills
- Computer literate
- Self discipline, committed and responsible
- Willing to learn and undertake all aspect of works relating to property development.
